Possible Scam
Seller said item shipped and provided tracking information. Then when I inquired when it would actually ship; since it had been several days. They replied with a long explanation, saying storms and conflict caused delays so i should cancel my order. However, I can't cancel my order due to it saying it was shipped. What can/should I do? The item was a gift for my special needs uncle and he has been asking about it...

Buyers need not concern themselves with tracking or shipping times since Ebay provides the estimated date of delivery, which can be found in the Order Details in the buyer's Purchase History.
