Possible Fraudulent Buyer Experience
I just had a buyer request on a refund on an item sold and shipped over 90 days ago. It was a 2 CD set that they stated they just opened and said the CDs were not in the case. My practice is to take and post photos of everything including the actual CDs then put them back. There is always the possibility that for some reason that didn't happen however I can't check the photos from the listing because it was over 90 days ago. It would be great if listings were still accessible. I don't have much choice but to issue the refund, which of course I can't do easily on eBay, I have to use PayPal, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo or the like.

Mentor8 months ago@wwhd2u You can deny an eBay refund request case as it's over 30 days from the date of delivery.
Is it a funding source charge back? That is different.
You can see the main photo on a listing for this year and last year items. This is why I often put the most detailed photo first.

OP8 months agoNo, it's not a funding source charge back. And I suppose I could technically deny a refund and take the resulting negativity. Great tip on the photo. Thank you.
