possible fraudulant
I posted an item, a buyer requested he send me a shipping label of their own. I declined so they passed on the purchase. The same buyer showed up again minutes from another buyer i was selling to. The second buyer purchase didn't process due to " fraudulent". However made a change and told me the purchase should go through now. In the mean time I contacted buyer #1 and inquired if they had changed their mind due to them showing up as attempting to buy the item again. buyer #1 said they hadn't. I then proceeded to accept the purchase from Buyer #2. Upon doing so, it processed the purchase for Buyer #1. Buyer #1 filed for a return. Being new to EBay, I was checking the process so as to not end up a victim of scam or aid in scamming of another person. While waiting for verification ( eBay is NOT user /customer friendly ) He filed for a payment dispute. My eBay account shows the payment pending, however ZERO money has been processed into my bank account. I want all innocent parties to come away from this whole and without loss. How do we remedy this or SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL REPRESNTITIVE)
