Possible fraud Seller theblackperla no longer member (INR)
I purchased $1273 worth of metals from seller theblackperla. A tracking # was provided but after 10 days of moving through USPS I was told by the post office that it was being returned to sender because of an issue with how it was addressed - at least that was my their theory. I logged on when I got home to contact the seller but learned at that point that he was no longer a registered user and stumbled on several other threads that cite similar experiences within the past few days. Seems like an INR case is in order but when should I start that process? At this point the tracking hasn’t reflected the fact that it’s being returned to sender and I want to be careful to do this correctly given the dollar value.
