Possible fraud on me.
Hi. Sold something on eBay yesterday and sellers address is a university and they have said they will collect it when they are back there in a week or so unable to sign for package. This might be just me being very suspicious but what kind of protection do I have as a seller if they just say they never got it. Item should be signed for right ? They said they have had items delivered before and not had to sign for them and just collect them from the mail room at the university. Should I be cancelling it as £500 product. Any feedback would be great.
