possible fraud buyer
sold an item via buy it now to a buyer with a 0 feedback and new account as of 10/6/2023. they asked for me to ship item to a different address. i said i would not. buyer replied ok just send it to the ebay address. i ve had this happen before and it was a fraud buyuer. what is next step to verify the buyer?
