possible fraud
I purchased an Item (pet food ) off a seller that was more than $35 cheaper than in stores, when the item arrived it was from a large chain store box w an invoice inside w my shipping info but the bill to section was someone else's name an address and for the full amount of the product not the discounted price I paid to the seller . To me it looks like the seller hacked someones account at the big chain store and charged it to their account ?? I hope Iam wrong but I don’t want to see somebody get ripped off at my expense . Can someone explain this ??
