Possible false advertising / bait and switch / deceptive description for a bike vs. a pump at price
For the following auction:
How is it legal for this auction to be listed / described as it is (for a bike) yet, when you see the first price option of "select", it says $139.99, and when you choose "only pump" it also says #139.99 - for a pump. Nowhere in the title / description does it suggest that the pump only is $139.99 as it describes a bike - which then costs $546.99 to $549.99 based on color(s).
How is that not false advertising / deceptive / the old "bait and switch" routine ?
There are so many auctions like this, and not just from this seller.
If the seller wants to sell a pump, then create an auction for a pump (only) and list / describe a pump (only) in the title (not a bike).
