Possible counterfeit Coach Bag
Summary: lindseybaglady127 suspects that a Coach Rowan Bag they purchased might be counterfeit due to several inconsistencies. The size of the included bag, the discrepancy in the strap drop, and the unusual tags lead them to believe the bag is not authentic. They also noticed an unusual smell and feel of the handles, along with inconsistencies in the design of the bag's fabric. They are considering returning the item and requesting a refund.
I just received a Coach Rowan Bag with the Peanuts Sewed on patches. A couple things dont seem authentic. The Coach bag included is way too small for the Rowan Bag. The crossbody strap should have a 23-25" drop. This one barely has a 21" drop. The Coach sale tag appears to be from a Chalk colored pebbled tab Bag and no amount is listed on the tag. There was a black envelope with a white sheet of paper that is all written in an Asian format. The 'leather' handles and strap have zero leather s ell or feel. Written inside a couple of the C designs on the outside is COACH. I've never seen that on any Coach bag in any of the Coach stores.
What do i do? Send it back and ask for refund because it is a fake Coach?
