Possible change date for 1099k
Assuming the House finalizes the BBB that passed today, any ideas after Trump signs it into law, when the actual re-instatement of the 20k threshold will occur here at eBay ? I realize it is only conjecture, but I am thinking there is someone familiar with laws passing, signing and when they take effect.

eBay will follow the law. So we'll all just have to wait to see whether That Bill passes the House of Representatives . . . . .

OP1 year agoWith regard to its passing.... That would be today, July 3rd. Passed the House. Awaiting the Commanders John Hancock ! Will be watching to see how mechanics of how it plays out once it's "Law".
