Possible buyer scam
I have a buyer (air cleaner assembly) claiming I am trying to scam him. He claims that I deliberately tried to hide damage by posting pictures that did not show any damage, that is not the case. Also, he waited 3 weeks to tell me that, now he wants to use ebay's money back guarantee policy. That's all well and fine for ebay but what are my rights? I think the guy is being deceitful.
