Possible account suspension
I sell on several platforms and everyone of them has a place to mark that I sold on another site and eBay doesn’t. When I go to delete the item so I don’t sell something I’ve sold somewhere else I have been penalized. How do I stop this from happening to my account?
Need to know how to delete an item without it hurting my performance

there is NO penalty for ending a listing that isn't sold or has no bids.
Just mark it as no longer available
If you need to end your listing, here is the simple process:
-- You can find your listing on this page and end it.

Click the link, then click the photo of your item, and follow the steps.
If you cancel a sale, there is a penalty for that.

If you are facing account suspension it isn't from ending listings that haven't sold, it's from something else.
