Positive feedback not showing from eBay motors
The problem started after I sold a canister of Freon: as I sell items on motors, my feedback score increases, but; I cannot see what the buyer said. If it came from an eBay sale, then; I can see it. If it came from motors, then; it doesn't show!

Be sure that you are both sorting your Feedback by "Most recent" rather than "Most relevant" and that you have checked the box to see automatic feedback.

OP1 year agoI checked that feedback is ranked, by most recent; twice. Another way of expressing what is wrong: is that I have four FB, less than 1 month old, but only the one on a clothing item shows, the three for eBay Motors don't; the first one that didn't show was the Freon (later he confirmed by telephone that he left positive FB)

Mentor1 year agoDid you check the box to show automated feedback? You will not see that feedback unless you check the box. This is a new feature this month.
