Positive Feedback not counted
Hi and I hope someone can help.
I've tried a few times on the normal forum but no real resolve.
I've noticed on more than a few occasions that the numbers do not add up. Eg: 772 then 5 more positive feedbacks from buyers and the number only goes up to 775 instead of 777 thereby not adding in the other 2. These are not repeat or buying in bulk nor are they the same buyer within a week which have been the answers given on the other forum.
Over the course of a year that can add up for sure not to mention the intention, time and effort it takes the buyer to do it.
I'm loathe to directly approach ebay as it is very difficult to get anywhere on their chat system.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are positive that a buyer has not left multiple feedback within 7 days, then it is possible that a buyer was suspended within X number of days, and if that happens, the feedback is removed. At least that is what took place years ago.
