Positive feedback negative comments
Does anybody know how to remove positive buyer feedback with negative/not true comments from a seller who doesn’t know better? Used to be removed by a representative after phoning but there’s no contact now and no way to report it unless it’s neutral or negative. They claim in articles it’s still against policy but I can’t find a way to report it.

If you go to your Seller Hub or Help and Contact, there is an area where you can submit a request for Feedback Removal. Keep your request short and to the point. Such as "Seller left a positive feedback with a negative comment". That's all you need to say.
It's possible eBay will leave the positive and remove the negative statement, so you would only see the green +.

·5 months agoYou should be able to report it from your feedback page. But, really, that feedback makes the seller look bad, not you.
