Portion of sold item received.
Why did I only receive a portion of the total amount transferred to my bank account? The same amount netted $203 but oh $88 will be transferred. Please explain.

As stated each payout can cover several transactions, shipping from other transactions was most likely subtracted from your payout.
Most of the links are to the relevant pages in Seller Hub where you can see the breakdown of the payout.
You may have used promoted listings or other optional listing upgrades.
You can Contact Customer service for further assistance>

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.

I'm sorry but this was of little help. Providing a handful of links to answer what should be a simple questions is just a turn off and one of the many reasons i have avoided Ebay for so long. It should not be this complicated to receive money owed for purchased items. Period.
