I brought this tent and within 30 days it failed, after contacting the seller they assured me they had no problem replacing the failed frame but they never did what they would do is ask me questions about the damage where the pictures were self-explanatory and attempts to deflect from honoring their product that they sold what can what can be done about a company such as this

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You have Buyer Protections for 30 days from the date of delivery. You can report the Seller. You can leave the appropriate feedback for them up to 60 days. You could also contact your payment provider and file a claim with them.
