How to eliminate pornographic photos from "Sponsored items based on your recent views". They have NO relationship to anything I've ever viewed.

It is generally easier to avoid all such recommendations than it is to avoid specific ones, by, for instance, skipping the main eBay page where such recommendations typically are displayed and going directly to another eBay page, or by blocking those particular rows of listings by using an ad blocker's element hiding tool.
