Poor shipping experience with [Removed by moderator]
I ordered a pair of sneakers on January 17. The tracking number was created and that is the last of the updates. I have attempted to contact the seller who has not responded [removed by moderator] and because of AI, eBay won’t even let me file a complaint until after February 3. This is not on me poor reflection on eBay, but the seller who refuses to respond to my request for a status. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Were you ever able to talk to a live person on eBay?

Mentor7 months agoThere is no need to speak to anyone or contact the seller.
Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP7 months agoThank you for your insight. I bought a pair of sneakers from a different seller and had no issue. I was able to communicate fairly well with the seller up until when I realize the seller never ship the item to the Authenticator. The seller claimed that their eBay account was not working. When I asked for a status update, the responses stopped. I’m 99% sure that this order is not coming and the fact that I have to wait so long when it hasn’t even been shipped to the Authenticator is poor business. I most likely won’t be purchasing for sometime, however, I’m glad that responsive and experienced sellers like yourself are able to provide insight. Thanks again.

Sorry you are having a difficult transaction with the seller. Be aware that sellers are not obligated to reply to messages.
Hopefully if the item does not arrive, you will use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee as I explained in order to receive your refund. Good luck!
