Poor Shipping
I purchased a box of New Golf Balls ($50+) as a gift. They arrived thrown on the doorstep of my building in the original box with just a big sticker directly placed on the box with my building address apt. number - no name. Box was messed up from going through the mail system. Is this really acceptable practice. In this day and age, I know I'm lucky they even arrived - The entire building knows I bought Titlist Golf Balls. Seller has a no return policy. I would like to warn other buyers - he still has stuff for sale. I can't give these out as a gift the box is all destroyed.

File a claim via the item in your Purchase history using the reason Arrived damaged. THAT reason bypasses the No returns accepted policy and you will get a prepaid shipping label for the return. Follow the steps in the claim, they will lead to a refund. You do NOT have to message the Seller, just process the return.
To me that says the Seller is either Clueless about how to ship something or simply won't spend money on packaging material. Either way, if it were me I would return it as described above.

The sellers return policy is for buyers remorse returns only. Doesn't fit, changed mind, etc
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
Doesn't match pictures or description.
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages.
