Poor service by eBay and fraud seller
Dear Community,
I placed an order and the following details as as follows: Order date:Sep 05, 2025 Order total:US $337.90 Order number:07-13544-60725. This package was shipped out from the seller to my address in Doral Florida 33172, however the address the seller printed was incorrect and the package was returned. At this point, I have been in communication with the seller and the agreement was to reship the package. Package was reshipped and after 2 weeks the package stopped moving. I kept an open channel of communication with the seller and their response was to keep waiting, the package is on its way. This is a scam because up to present time, the tracking number is now invalid, the seller has stopped responding to my messages and eBay did not assist me in this case. I open a case and identified the situation but the case was close and now I am without my packaged and my money has been spent.
Can anyone out there relate and assist.

Mentor8 months agoThere is nothing that Ebay can do for you since the transaction took place in Sept.
When the item was returned to the seller you needed to demand a refund or have Ebay step in to help you.
Never let a seller stall you beyond the time frame for being able to pursue a refund.
You may be able to file a dispute with your credit card company you used to pay for the item.
