poor quality goods
Hello!
I wrote to the seller that on the day of receiving the parcel I twisted the hoop only once (2 seconds) and it broke immediately. The seller, after reading these words, called me a fraudster. And when I issued a return of the goods, the seller sent a letter to eBay that I was a fraudster and deceiving. What should I do in such a situation?
