This is the worst product Iâ€™ve ever purchased. Iâ€™m embarrassed at what I paid for and what I received. I paid about $300 for about $40 worth of merchandise. [Disrespectful sentence removed by Moderator]

Who is the "you" that you are referring to? Your seller is not here. If you received something that does not match the description, you can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file a Return Request.

@marki_4225 Sorry your item is not as described. Keep in mind that eBay does not sell merchandise, they sell ad space to sellers. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. A sellers listing can not be misleading.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
