poor preformance
When I started on ebay for some reasons items that were listed and sold were not removed from my active account. This has happened 12 times and because I listed about 900 books, I don't know how to fix the issue.
I do not see a way to talk directly to ebay or call them help please

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time.
If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.
