Poor customer service
Had a major problem with Ebay after the messed me about over verification of my long term account!!
Now unable to use my log in name, and not able to complain directly to their C.S.
What a load of PANTS!!!

Mentor3 years agoFor help in the UK you need to request a call back from the UK site.
Start here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home
Use the "Contact us" link, follow the prompts and then use the chat assistant to request a call back or a chat with an agent by typing "agent" into the chat window.
