Poor Customer Service

Question

Iâ€™m being scammed by Ebay. I cannot contact any human being with a brain at Ebay. Please help me. My account has been in good standing and no issues-proof- and my numbers ((metrics are being manipulated by someone/something.

Ricky, Dana, and Shanantze have all provided contradictory statements. Do I need a lawyer??

After looking at some of your prior questions, I want to alert you that Seller Level and Restrictions are assessed on the 20th of the month, with any change taking effect the following 1st of the month.

So if your metrics have improved, Feb 1 you should see a change.

That sounds frustrating.

Can you tell me more about your numbers being manipulated? Are you meaning Views, or Payouts, or Seller Level and Service Metrics?

I can then better guide you how to get a resolution.
