poor company
I bought a printer three years ago. it was described as "new".
I didn't open it till yesterday.
The ink cartridges weren't in sealed packaging; they had been installed. Apparently they have dried out in the interim. Customer Service couldn't help, in fact in the end she disconnected me.

OP2 years agoIn my opinion, in the interest of public relations, and what us accountants call "goodwill", Ebay should at least replace the cartridges. I'm not buying anything from Ebay ever again.

·2 years agoYou didn't buy it from Ebay.
Ebay would have taken care of you if you had used the MBG within 30 days.
I don't know any company that would replace the ink after 3 years.

I am sorry but there is nothing eBay can do for you, you waited too long before opening and inspecting your printer. eBay gives you 30 days to inspect your item and open a return. Most credit cards and PayPal give you 180 days.
Here is the eBay Money Back Guarantee information so you know how it works for future purchases.
