Poor communication from ebay
eBay would like me to contact them due to suspending my account. I don't know what is wrong with it but I need to contact them to find out. The only way to contact them is to have them call me. I live in the UK but they will only call people in America or Canada. How do they expect me to contact them if they can't provide a global service?

Mentor3 years agoYou are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site and you are posting on the ebay.com discussion boards. That is why you can only request a call back in North America.
For help in the UK you need to sign in to the UK eBay site and request help there, starting on the Help & Contact page:
