Policy with identical attributes already exists
I am attempting to change the handling time on my items to same day shipping but when I go to save it, it says "Policy with identical attributes already exists"

that means you already have a Shipping Policy, exactly the same with same day handling time.
Each policy must be unique.
Find the policy that exists, name it properly and assign it to these listings.
or
If that policy is unused, delete the policy, and revise your current policy.
