Policy Violations: ResMed AirTouch F20 Nasal Cushions
Has anyone else been having issues with items such as: ResMed AirTouch F20 Replacement Nasal Cushions, being flagged recently as a policy violation?
I have sold many of these in the past without any issues but for some reason some of my listings are being taken down. I do know that you can’t sell these nasal masks with the headgear included as that is an Rx Only labeled item, but these are just the rubber nasal cushions which are allowed. I sell other brands of these replacement nasal cushions like Eson 2 without any problems. I was told automation detected it yet I have listings with the exact same item, same title wording, just different quantity like 2 x versus 5 x preceding the same exact title wording yet the quantity of 5 was taken down, the 2 wasn’t and the 2 sold yesterday.
Any help would be appreciated.
