Policy violations.
Need help on who to contact on a policy violation appeal.
selling a stelo OTC biosensor which is fda cleared and can be sold over the counter and is not prescription or rx only. Had two listed as different listings since they expire different dates. Both got flagged as medical device policy violations for prescription only items that can’t be sold. Did an appeal for both but one got reinstated the other did not. Exact same thing. Sent same claim that shows this is over counter and not prescription. Now how can I get this seen. I don’t understand who looks into these but they need to actually look into it and not just deny deny deny. Going tho eBay system they make it hard to contact a real person on the topic. Any help?
