policy violations
2 of my items have policy violations per eBay notices. I have modified my add and titles with no success. I have written the email address that eBay says is complaining twice for each item with no response. My best guess is they are complaining of counterfeit items, which they are not. They are oil filters that I bought from a reputable wholesaler. I don't know how to contact eBay on this issue. What should I do next?
