Policy violationPolicy violationThis listing violates our Offering to Buy or Sell Outside of eBay Policy. It's hidden until you can fix it. item was hidden, but the system doesn't allow the seller to revise listing, also not pointing out which part of the listing violated the policy, the platform service replied AI judged the listing violation. Normal listings were selling properly in the past, suddenly hidden without any reason. The system give the buyer once chance appeal, start appeal, but it 100% refused restore the listing, no matter how you revised the listing, still the same excuse, --- policy violation---sell outside of ebay, no, seller never sell outside ebay via those hidden listings. Poor use of AI management. We used AI to create many interesting images to show the buyers products, but the system used AI to ban the old listings. eBay should resolve the problem ASAP. Otherwise the sellers are going to the other online shopping website to sell their products. Then eBay staff ask AI to pay their salarys.
