Policy Violation: Replica, Non-Firing Prop Weapon

Question

I have a listing that continues to get flagged even though it follows all the rules. I'm very clear that it's a Replica toy. The toy has orange plugs in the barrel. All the verbiage states it's a non-firing prop.

However, it keeps getting flagged and suspended. However, the opportunity to appeal is greyed out -- and the only option I have is the end the listing.

I hate to end it and try again -- how can I overcome this?

I had one years ago that did not violate policy but they removed it, I sold it elsewhere after getting advice here not to try selling it on eBay again. If you use the word "Replica" that can trigger a listing take down too.

On another item I used that word in the title and that listing came down too ... so much for trying to be honest and specific about an item.

Once eBay removes a listing, do not list it again; doing so repeatedly will jeopardize your eBay account. If it was found or reported once, most likely it will be found or reported again.

Sell that item elsewhere.
