Policy Violation Question
I have 10 policy violations for my active orders. When I go to resolve the orders, the site says: ‘something went wrong, try again.’ My account is also still being verified because I’ve changed my address. I’m not sure if this can affect anything.

Ebay is showing that you don't have any active listings or recent solds. You can try to go to your Seller Hub under Issue Resolution Center to see if there are any messages or instructions.

Mentor1 month agoActive orders isn't a term used. Active listings? Shipped orders? Orders to be shipped?
I don't see any active listings or recently sold items. Further information is needed please.

Mentor1 month agoYou have no active listings. There is always a reason for a policy violation. Look at the message(s) from eBay and the reason will be spelled out.

OP1 month agoThe problem is when I go to review the reason, the site doesn’t load and says something went wrong. I don’t know what policy I am violating.

What type of item(s) were you trying to list? Do you have your checking account and social security number set up with Managed Payments so you can get paid for your listings?
