policy violation on items you sold but yet shipped
Hi! I just got an email from ebay saying that two of my listings were removed due to policy violations. Nothing serious, they siad that I used the wrong category/condition ,etc which I can fix & relist easily. My question is that I have already sold some items but haven't shipped out yet. I'm still getting paid once my customers receive the products. Is this correct? I wanted to just double check before I ship them. 🙂
