Policy Violation offering to sell outside of Ebay policy.

Question

I have a posting for cross stitch book, that I have listed and relisted over and over for the last few years. Today my listing was put on hold, the message reads as

"Policy violationPolicy violationThis listing violates our Offering to Buy or Sell Outside of eBay Policy. It's hidden until you can fix it."

I tried to fix the problem and even I created a new listing and posted it, It was useless.

I don't know What to do, or what to change in my posting ? and how.

If eBay hid that listing and then hid the one you created then you will have to sell it elsewhere. Was it one you had multiple copies of and they would occasionally sell or was it just a listing with a Quantity of 1?

It is hard to say what happened, it could be a glitch or maybe somebody reported the listing for some kind of a violation ... like maybe someone else who has it for sale.

One of the thing that eBay's System looks for is the "@" symbol, or something that might be an e-mail address or a website. A lot of times that "@" symbol can be replaced by the word "at."
