Policy Violation: Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy
In the 20+ years of doing EBay off and on, and consistently over the past4 years, I have never run into this situation. Recently listed books (3 of them) are being flagged/pulled because of a policy violation that would have directed a buyer to go outside of Ebay for the purchase. I find it interesting that of the 3, 2 have sold about 10 days ago, plus. In any case, I have reviewed the listing info and for the life of me I cannot see where I had anything wrong in the listings.
I would very much like to actually talk to someone at Ebay, but I can't find a phone number and just get run into circles from one topic to the next.
Is anyone else having a sudden appearance of these issues? Does anyone have a phone number to actually call Ebay?

That sounds frustrating.
I am guessing I won't be able to see the listings. but you could try giving me the eBay Item Number for the listing, I can look at it and provide some advice.
The error message sounds like eBay thinks there is a phone number or other contact information in the actual listing, or that you are selling something that requires a password.
Here are the policies that apply
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/personal-information-policy?id=4297
https://www.ebay.com/help/member-behavior-policies/policies/contact-information-sharing-policy?id=4373
Here are things to look for and edit to solve this:
1) Does your description mention "PayPal" if so, remove that.
2) Do you have a website URL, an email address, or a phone number in the description, the item specifics, or in the photos?
If so, remove those.
3) A series of 7 or 10 numbers that looks like a phone number?
4) An @ sign in the description?
5) A misplaced period example fitbit.ly lets go.to the mall
6) The word Street, Avenue, or other things that could be part of an address?
7) If you copied and pasted the description, there can be a URL hidden in the text. I can explain how to remove that if needed.
-- >> How to Have eBay Call You << --
There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:
Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
