policy violation are clear errors
they removed a 19th Century pencil as being a violation of the knife police - also removed a fulll unopened bottle of perfume for violation of the cosmetics policy - BOTH CLEAR ERRORS yet they deny the appeal - why is in charge, a machine

Mentor1 week ago@artz9 I understand that this is frustrating. Unfortunately since your appeal has been denied you will need to sell these items elsewhere.
An eBay customer service agent can not reset the bots that have flagged your account so if you relist the item will just be removed again and you can be suspended.

Mentor1 week agoA full perfume that is unopened and in its original box is acceptable. However, if it has an applicator that touches the skin and has been opened or unsealed, it is not permitted.
Not sure about the pencil, that sounds nice. Was it mistaken for a knife?

OP1 week agothey were both mistakes and all they can do is say "we cant reverse the removal" - they are run by A1, a machine decides the fate of its own errors and denies the facts, a little like Trump
