Policy violation

Question

I got a policy violation that says I am trying to sell outside of ebay. I have no idea how to fix the problem. Why doesn't ebay help? This is for a C4000LZ modem / router.

Ebay is a pain to work with, is there a similar service anyone knows about please?

I will say that I have always gotten along well the various sellers and buyers. No problem there. But Ebay itself has a phone number? You can talk to a customer service rep real person? I never saw anything like that. I thought Ebay is just a big computer.

I got a similar violation and I had eBay call me back and we had the problem figured out in like 2 minutes. We fixed the problem and the listing was back up in a couple hours.
