I tried the item number you provided, and got the pacifier page . . . the one that says We looked everywhere!
There's some reason, it might not be a good reason, but there's something. Maybe, if you copied and pasted something into the listing, the pasted material could have brought along some coding, html or whatnot, that doesn't show up to the eye, but the bots can detect it.
Another common reason, could be a number in the listing, say a serial number or product number, especially if it consists of ten or seven digits, that the bot could mistake for a phone number.
Also, the circled "a" @ symbol, bots don't like them.
Maybe a prohibited word, accidentally formed by the ending of one word and the beginning of the following word; bots ignore the space so you could get possibly dinged for "find a rabbìt chewing a carrot" or similar. That word is a real life example that got bleeped in a message I sent to another member.

Woulda been nice if you'd said that in the first place. Some radios are prohibited from being listed. I'm a lightweight on this particular subject, so I'll refer you to eBay policy: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/electronic-equipment-policy?id=4302

If a listing is removed for a policy violation, do not relist it. If a listing was caught once it will likely be caught again, with higher penalties each time. Sell that item elsewhere.
Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
If your listing is removed or hidden by eBay, you may see similar listings still active on the site. This could be for several reasons:
If you think another listing isn't following our policies, please let us know and we'll investigate."
