Policy violation
I was notified by eBay that I violated their policy to sell outside of eBay. I don’t know why they say that because no buyer contacted me about the listing (the one eBay referenced in their contact with me).
I am confused as to why they are accusing me of that. Does anyone know about these kind of claims?

Which listing is it - sometimes the bots may read some wording you have as an email or web address to redirect buyers off eBay, even though that's not what you're doing.
