Policy violation

Question

There is NO information about which listing violates policy. Am I just supposed to put this stupid disclaimner on everythng?

"The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item."

I'm sorry to hear you think it's stupid for eBay to require you to put a disclaimer in your listings for items regulated by the US FDA when it's the FDA that requires eBay to instruct you to do that, but that's what you have to do. I'm sure eBay did not tell you to put the disclaimer on every item you sell unless it applies to the policy which you can read here:

@paakktravi It would be nice if eBay gave you a clue. I know other sellers have received similar messages.
