Policy issue...
I listed a Playboy book that illustrates all of the centerfolds from 1956 to publication (2009, I believe). The listing was removed from eBay for violating a "compromising minors' policy. I contacted an eBay rep who claimed to be an "expert" on all nudity-oriented material. She indicated that Brooke Shields was featured in the book and she was 16 at the time of the photo shoot. I checked the book and Brook Shields is not even in the book. I went one step further and contacted Playboy International Inc. After being tossed around a few transfers, I spoke with a rep who stated that there are no minors in this book whatsoever. I made an appeal to the policy with this info, and the appeal was denied with s simple reiteration of the policy and saying there is a minor's nude photo in the book. How do you appeal an appeal when eBay is in the wrong here?
