Pokemon card paid for but seller never shipped/refunded.
I bought a card. Paid for the card. And now the Seller says the card was stolen by their employee so they can’t send me the item I purchased. They never refunded me and have not responded to the several messages I sent. I reported the item to eBay as “has not arrived†and I stated the situation. The automated response says I should attempt to contact the seller, but they aren’t responding and at this point, I need to find a way to get my card or get my money and I don’t know what to do next. Suggestions/help would be appreciated.

After opening the case, you will need to wait a few days (seller is given time to supply tracking details), but you will be fully refunded.

You did exactly what you were supposed to do. The next thing to do is Ask eBay to step in after 3 business days.
