PO tracking say Package delivered Buyer said it was not in the mail

Question

Buyer contacted me and stated he did not receive the item. He told me that the PO said it was delivered. I checked and they state is was delivered and we also went over the mailing address and it was correct. He just contacted me again stating he went and they said it was delivered. What do I do now? he have not open a case on me at this point.

As long as tracking indicates the item has been delivered, your job is done.

Suggest to the buyer that they contact the shipper with the tracking number so the shipper can investigate where the package was delivered.

The possibility may exist that the package was stolen after delivery.
