As @lady_madonna stated you would not have known where to ship if the buyer had not paid.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Mentor11 months agoAre you stating that you have not received your payout from Ebay or that the buyer did not pay for the item?
If the buyer did not pay, you would not have known where to ship the item.
