Its my first time purchasing on ebay, so im a little ignorant of the policies. Ive recently purchased an item on Dec 11, there were multiple listings for it but i bought from a specific seller mainly because the estimated delivery on their listing was to arrive before christmas (Dec 16 - Wed, Dec 24). It is now the 23 and the item has yet to even be shipped, not only that, but its located in Japan. I contacted the seller on the 15 when I saw there was still no updates on the shipment, they replied a day later saying they will ship in a few days. But as its now the 23 Ive begun to get restless, as it was a pretty big purchase (almost 500). I tried contacting again 22h ago but still no reply. I saw an option to cancel the order, should I do that and purchase the item off someone else, or just wait??

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
