I bought a pair of shoes from an ebay seller that says he is located in hong kong. I received an envelope with glass beads from a company called cs@orangeconnex located in Kentucky with that tracking number connected with the shoe purchase. I tried to find help or information on how to handle a scam. I submitted a return item because I saw somewhere that is my 1st step to get to an ebay agent....Seller sent me a chinese return address,,,, I have not figured out how to get to an ebay agent b...
