I applied for a return, but I couldn't use the eBay return label because I was abroad, so I returned it to the international mail ems at my expense, the returned product arrived to the seller, but the seller won't refund it, the eBay return process says I didn't use the eBay return label, and how do I fix this?

@8282gogo It sounds like you used a package forwarding company. This voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee which means that eBay can not force the seller to issue a refund even though you returned the item.

The item was forwarded as part of an eBay program such as:
- Global Shipping Program
- eBay International Shipping
- eBay Authenticity Guarantee

Not covered:

The buyer used third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection

You may have protection through your payment method if you can prove to their satisfaction that you returned the item.
